PhotographicART

PhotographicART is available in either Classic Prints or Lambda Prints Under Acrylic Glass.

Classic Prints are available as Prints Only or Mounted & Matted Prints. They are printed using the highest quality pigment ink printers. Depending on the genre being printed, the paper will have a satin finish, a water color paper textured finish, or smooth fine art matt finish.

Lambda Prints Under Acrylic Glass are printed using the renowned laser exposure system (Durst Lambda) and printed on the highest quality paper for gallery prints from Fujicolor. Prints are then mounted on aluminum ready for hanging.

Fade resistance of both color and black-and-white Classic Prints, and Lambda Prints is anticipated to be in excess of 100 years when displayed under normal light conditions (based on manufacturers ink data).

Matted and Mounted Prints are mounted on adhesive board and placed under matts (Passepartouts) that are cut with a print overlap of approximately 2mm. To allow easy replacement should they become damaged or dirty, matts are not attached to the mounted print. Matt Sizes are all based on frame sizes. The outside dimensions are 2mm smaller than standard size frames. The inside print opening will be 4mm smaller than the print size to allow for a 2mm overlap.

Certificate of Authenticity: All photographicART with a 33mm minimum print size on the shortest edge is delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity. A Certificate of Authenticity assures the owner that a) the print is an original work by the artist and b) that the print retains its value at sale.
